I have spent over a year trying to get the information I need to make financial decisions for the future and I have run into a brick wall with Honeywell. They are reluctant to the point of being non responsive to my inquires as to how my pension is calculated.

On January 18, 2006 I requested the forms required to initiate benefits. I was told it usually takes 2-3 weeks but I would receive them no later the end of February. To date, 2/28/06, six weeks later I have received nothing. I called. Michael, with no last name, told me that my paperwork had not been processed and he didn't know when it would be. What kind of response is that?

He also told me that no one talks to the "specialists" who do the calculations not even attorneys. Why would work be hidden if it is correct...

The reps that I have dealt with do not like my questions and refuse to answer them. Something is being hidden. Are they cheating?

I am trying to stop my father's retirement benefits to my mom. She passed away on July 4th, 2009.

My dad's reference number on his retirement earnings statement is 000144097.
