HP's Awful Customer Service

HP's Awful Customer Service I am attempting to call attention to what appears to be the continuous and commonplace practice of Hewlett Packard to offer sub-standard customer service.
I have personally been dealing with HP for nearly a month and although my initial issue involved potentially defective power supplies in HP Media Center m7334n PC's, (and possibly other models) it has since escalated.
In my efforts to get satisfaction or at the very least, some reassurance of quality, I have been given a fully-fledged runaround that would not be accepted from a smaller company and I see no reason why a multi-billion dollar company should get away with providing incompetent and disrespectful treatment of consumers.
