HDFC personal loan complaint

Dear Sir,

This is Parmeshwar.Biradar from Tirupur; my complaint is I am unable to get Personal loan even though after One month, Brief of complaint as below;

1. I have submitted the loan application with all documents on January 28, 2006.

2. As per HDFC loan policy they promised me that, after 3 days they will come for verification & within 7 days will get loan amount.

3. No personnel has came to my house for verification on said time so I called up after 3 days… then their reply is they will come within two days…. Again I called up got same reply tomorrow……………………………….till 23 feb 2006

4. Finally they came verification on Feb 23, 2006 & then they promised me that will get DD on 27th Feb 2006.

5. On 27th Feb 2006 I went to office asked about payment then got some other problem like I have to submit email message like I am permanent Employee of TUV South Asia not on Contract even after producing Appointment letter…….

6. As per their requirement I have taken email message from our office (27th Feb, 06) & submitted to HDFC then they told me that after two days.

7. when I called up today then got reply that letter has been sent to Head office & they will re-verify confirm whether they have to give loan or not……

Tell me what I have to do…………

All will apply Loan only when need urgent amount…

On believing such personal, for to purchase Land I put 2 lakhs in advance with agreement of one month for remaining payment of 3 lakhs. March 2, 06 is the last day to pay that amount. If I am not getting loan on 2nd March 06, the 2 lakhs will be loss.

This is only due to HDFC bank……………

I LOST 2 LAKHS AMOUNT ONLY FOR HDFC 7 DAYS LOAN BLIND PROMISE.

MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU THAT DON’T PROMISE/POSTPONE THE CUSTOMER PLEASE CONFIRM YES / NO.
