This is a general complaint of how Cingular deal with customers.

 

People should be aware that Cingular quietly attaches a one (just because) fee of $10.00 to each and every bill. When questioned about it, no one seems to know what it is all about.

 

Cingular's free service that starts at 9pm could very well not be free according to your watch since cingular say that "their" clock may be delayed 10 minutes. How many people do not know this and start to make calls not knowing that those minutes are charged and treated as regular calls.

 

Also calls made at 8:58 and last for some time is also taking minutes away from the consumer because it started before 9:00pm. Most people are under the impression that

at 9:00pm that the call they are on will automatcally switch over to "free" service. WRONG!

 

Cingular never mentions any upgrades or benefits unless the consumer miracously asks a question concerning such.

 

Their customer Reps are rude and impolite, and when a consumer asks to speak to a supervisor it turns out in most cases they are worse than the reps.

 

Cingular is the worse Wireless carrier out there and I want everyone to know about it.
