On 4 Feb 06 I contact AOL customer service because they charge me 73.55 on my credit card. I had a free trial. I explain to the AOL billeting department, that I created an account while I was in Germany for my daughter which leave over there. I was there for only two weeks. He said, that they were charging me as long distance even I was using a local number in Germany. AOL Told me that since I had a free trial I was going to get the 73.55 back in my account and I was going to get an extra month for free and this type of charge was not going to happen again so said, Ok I am not going cancel the free trial. Two weeks later they charge 218.68 I call them again and now they do not want to give me a credit back. I would have cancel the first time but they told me that I was not going to see this type of charge again. I trust on this company and now I have to pay 300.00. DO NOT USE AOL
