=?ISO-2022-JP?B?Y29tcGxhaW50OiBJTkdMRVMgdmlvbGluIHN0YW5k?= The below is a copy of my e-mail complain about violin stand. It is metal stand. It is only 2years old, and it is already broken. ---------------------- Hi, I bought your violin/viola holder/stand a couple years ago from our loco music store. That's West music in Cedar Rapids, IA. I think I paid $35.00 or so. I and my sons play violin, we did not use the holder/stand very often, it just sits on the t able most of the time. A few days ago my son tried to adjust the hight of the neck holder part, he found the screw part was broken, it cant stay any more, we cannot use it as a stand/holder any more. It is only 2 years old or so. We never abuse this stand. I just can't believe it. It is not a complicated machine, simple "stand". My $15.00 music st and lasts longer. I really disappointed with your product. I regret I bought this one. Is it suppose to be broken in 2 years? If so, why they did not explain about that?
