Purchased their AIO (all in one) Viscom PC (Model A950) in July of 2004 through ShopAtHome for my home office. I have made several phone calls over the last year and a half and no one will help me. They don't even acknowledge that I ever purchased it even though I provide the invoice #, model, SN, etc. The fan/adaptor squeals so loud that I can't keep the computer on. They say they can't find my order and the warranty has lapsed after 1 year. Interesting that they wouldn't help me for the past year and a half so that the warranty would run out! All I am trying to do is buy a replacement adapter at my cost and they still won't acknowledge me! Lousy company to deal with and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
