When I relocated to North East Pennsylvania, I had T-Mobile and had to cancel that contract. They did not charge any cancellation fees out of fairness of not being able to provide the service up here. Unlike Nextel, T-Mobile is an excellent cell phone service and I would have continued the contract with them. I have notified Nextel customer services and was treated rudely by your service personnel. Now that I have finally freed myself from Nextel lack of service, rude customer service agents and tricky subscriber agreement orders, you want to abuse me the customer by adding a cancellation fee of $200.00 to my last bill from you. Nextel did not provide service which is the key word in the contract, this is what you agreed on and you broke your agreement when the service was not provided. I notified your office several times regarding my new address. If you got the payments , you got the change of address….. However, the greed and lies and misguided information Nextel is putting out to the public is not fair. I have the Nextel phone and it is of no use to me never really have been of any use. If you want it back I will gladly return it for now I have service that works….. CELLULAR ONE…
