I went to

the Monro store at 246 South Cascade Drive in Springville, NY. last year for an inspection. They told me that I needed a complete brake job, new wipers in order to pass. In the quote they were going to charge me over $1100 for all this. They also were charging me for more 5 quarts of brake fluid. I was very upset. I checked other places and got it down for a lot less plus was told that there was no way I needed some of the parts this shop told me. Because of my experience with them, I will never return to Monro Muffler and Brake stores. I used to go there all the time. I have been told of some friends who had similar experiences. I will not recommend anyone to go to your shops for any kind of service and I tell people what my experience has been. Thank you, Karen Hartman from Gowanda, NY. Email User
