I ordered boots from botach a month ago, and paid 14 dollars for 2 day air. 2 days later I was charged for the purchase. 30 days later I have not received the boots or a refund. When I call, I sit on hold for 30-45 minutes, then hang up because it is a long distance call NO 1-800 NUMBER!!!!!! "Live help" just tells me my boots are being mailed by the manufacterer, and I am not getting replies to my emails anymore. I have emailed several times saying I want my money back, and have gotten nowhere. I contacted my bank, and am contacting the BBB is this does not get resolved soon. I need new boots, and can not order them until I get my money back!
