National Auto Transport - Do Not Use Them!

National Auto Transport are just a Broker Company located in Florida. If you are a new member, they will tell you everything you want to hear about how your car will be treated, and that they will do anything to the fullest to make you happy.....DON"T DO IT!! My car was picked up on the 3rd of February, its the 27th and nothing yet! They're excuse was another customer vehicle isn't ready! I told them that "I could care less on what's going on, and my car shouldn't take no more than 6 days to get to Boston from Texas. I spoke with Alejandra the so called "Manager" which is clueless! They won't compensate you for anything and just laugh about the whole situation! If you guys are thinking about doing business with them, Don't Do IT!!! They will also get reported to the Small Business Bureau.
