MDG Desktop that has given me nothing but problems

Dear Sirs:The computer purchased through Canada's own 'The Shopping Channel',was a big pain in the 3u77,the main problem was after arriving at my doorstep,the box that it was in was so cold I feared some utilities would have frozen,ie,all moving parts.One thing I should explain firstly is the computer was given as Xmas gift from my mother,I thought I had chosen wisely,but no ,firstly I had to let it sit for a good couple of days to make sure the frost/ice to defrost before peicing it together.After the few days of defrosting I finally connected everything.Then Boom the first of my many problems with this peice os $^!7,the cd burner was not functioning.After contacting -The Shopping Channel-about the problem,the answer-bot told me to repack it and send it back.My problem was I did not have a car to take to the nearest postal outlet,and at the time I was out of work and did have the money to pay for shipping back to Ripoff shopping channel.So I thought I would I would call that place again to get some help from someone of athority,guess what there is NO-ONE IN ATHORITY AT THAT RIPOFF PLACE.Another answer-bot took my call, and suggested the same thing pack it up and send it back and to the more expensive Dell product instead saying it was a much better product than the one I purchased.All in all I never got what I payed for.The CD burner was DEAD,as in not working dead to the world.So I thought I've just been ripped off.To this day that useless cd burner is sitting in a box USELESS,I had to buy a different CD burner with my money I had put away fpr emergencies.There all kinds of other problems to numerous to list here.When ever I see an MDG commercial on TV I cringe at the thought that a company that does not seem to have QUALITY CONTROL for their products has the gall to say they are .......What ever it is the ad says is good computer!?he Shopping Channel is only out for the quickest $$$$$,and do not seem to care either for QUALITY CONTROL.There motto should be 'your product shoud last the length of the warranty or before,and they guarantee it won't last the warranty period.And so the 2Gs my mom lost because of this mistake will forever haunt me.And the Samsung cd-r(NOT WORKING),still sitting as a reminder of the quality that is MDG. I would like to thank you for the piece of junk your company calls computers.And I would not wish these troubles to the unkown masses that see your ad and not know of the very low quality of your CPU's,thats the quote from the answer-bot from the shopping Channel ,Unhappy with MDG,Doald Monkman >>>> Email User
