EliteXtreme - Yahoo Store

EliteXtreme - Yahoo Store This 'business' is supposed to be an online biz hosted by Yahoo. I was ordering a cell phone accessory, USB cable, from EliteXtreme and to date have had zero response whatsoever to either emails, phone calls or their online help which is mysteriously always offline or doesn't work. I attempted to purchase a USB cable Dec 22/05.... todays date Feb 27th/06 a slip up... not likely. A scam shop.... very likely. Yahoo is no better at defending the customer either. It is extremely difficult to get any info where one can lodge a complaint against a dubious merchant let alone actually get anywhere with yahoo as it seems the merchant can do virtually no wrong. In FACT... I can't find a place to lodge a complaint directly with yahoo against this scammer, its very convoluted Great place to set up scam sites for sure. My suggestion is to stay away from this 'store' - EliteXtreme Need more info you can reach me at Email User From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 27-Feb-06 13:23:41 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisMe too! I just got scammed by them. Wish I had taken a moment to google them before ordering, cuz they have apparently done to many many other people what I'm going through now. My first few emails they simply ignored. Now they have finally replied, but they skirt around my refund request and tell me stuff that doesn't help and doesn't address my request. Such as they don't do shipping tracking. I had told them that they should have notified me of their supposed 'backorder' since they did charge me right away. It's just decent customer service. I ordered in May, and now it's nearly August and their product is still backordered apparently. Well, that's what one of them told me. I bet they never had it and never plan on having it. They already got what they wanted -- our $$$ From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Tuesday, 21-Jul-09 11:40:12 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisYou can complain to Yahoo here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/shopping/general.html From: Message Author (click here to email author) (has asked not to receive email) Date: Tuesday, 16-Dec-08 16:19:53 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisYep, they got us for $18.97. They are total scammers. They have nothing "in stock", EVER. They take your money then DARE you to try and get it back. Total scam. If I can find a way to complain, I'll post it back here. And this is 3 years LATER than the original post. Jeeze. 12/08 From: Message Author (click here to email author) (has asked not to receive email)Date: Tuesday, 16-Dec-08 16:04:00 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI wouldn't let it go. If everyone is out $13 here, $50 there, then they make a lot of money in taking money and not delivering on their products. Put a complaint into www.ic3.com to get these scammers off of the internet. I am appalled that yahoo and paypal do business with the so called company. They don't care, won't deliver prduct, won't refund money. I'm glad I'm only out $13.
