Dear Sir/Madam

Hi

I am writing you to inform you that we are not satisfied with your dealer service being given in HP. Sir i am a resident of Shimla city. yesterday i visited Kalka for purchasing Alto. every formalities of loan and margine money was done on time. but at the time of vehicle delivery i was told that there is come inter state concept. as i was from HP so i was supposed to bye it from Goel Motors Shimla. we confirmed from Gole motors for vehicle. But at that time there was no alto with Goel. They told me that vehicles are in transit. So according to rule i was eligible for purchasing vehicle from chandigarh of other party. But your emple based at Chandigarh (Purhaps) told our financer (Abhinayu Ent Kalka) that it is not possible for us to give vehicle to your subscriber. Then we again asked Goel. the told that vehicles will reach by evening. Then we started for Goel. we reached there at apx 6:45 Pm but there was no vehicle. we were told to call on 10:30 Am 27th Feb. I contacted Mr Himanshu on 11:15 Am he told me that we have yet not received the Alto and he told me to confirm after 1:00 Pm now i am calling him and he is not taking my call. I am totally frustrated. if they cant provide me the vehicle then why have the comitted for this. If this is the company policy then this is i think totally wrong. i have been working with Telecom industry and never seen such kind of consumer hras harassments.
