Cellular Service provided bt T-Mobile My phones have not worked in a roam condition in parts of South Carolina and North Carolina since I became a customer almost 3 years ago. I have reported this problem numerous times over the past 2 years +. I talked to Steward (last name?) in the president's office in Albuquerque many times. Trouble not fixed (thought it was at one time). I spent the last few vacation days (Feb-06) in Myrtle Beach persistently pursuing this problem with T-Mobile. The problem was identified this weekend. The phones that T-Mobile gave me Samsung 225 are not compatible with the network that T-Mobile is partnered with. I am asking that T-Mobile replace the 2 phones, 2 car chargers, and 2 home chargers. T-Mobile Customer Care says they are not authorized. Check with Ashour employee ID 4836359. They will replace phones but not all chargers. My position is that the lost service, the aggravation, my initial cost (I had to pay for extra chargers), and lost time is more than enough to offset any existing policy. If what I contracted for with at the beginning of my service has not been delivered then at a minimum I should be reimbursed for lost service and refunded my expenditures for non compatible equipment and my contract terminated without penalty. Check (T-Mobile) with your technical support person, Keith ticket #643005.
