aol aol refused to cancel my free subscription when I called to cancel the first time. I was told to finish my freetrial period and then it would be cancelled, however it was not cancelled and I am now being charged $47.00 for services. I called again to and asked to speak to a supervisor and beleive it or not I was refused a supervisor. In my experience they have the worst customer service ever!
