I ordered the book, then to come find out the a withdraw was taken out of my checking account. 71.40 for a news letter I don't remember purchasing. It was taken out 10/19/05 I didn't find out till 11/7/05 from my bank statement. I called Right away and canceled this news letter and requested my money back. I was told then it could take up to 30 days. Well I am still trying. I have called them almost every week, just to be told that my paperwork has been given to a supervisor and I should be getting that refund 7 to10 working days. And to add insult I have had to pay for every call because they don't have a 800 number. 2/20/06 was my 14th call . And of course I was told the same thing, and of course I still am waiting. I just don't have any where to go with this. I need some help! This isn't like it is five dollars. I also emailed them and got no response.

I had the same thing to happen to me. It took some time and a little pressure on my part but.....I did receive several checks for the charge for the web-site and letters. I just recently purchased another book and declined the free for a month newsletter ......because if you don't cancel within the month they will auto charge your charge card. I'm sorry to hear the same thing has happened to you just put more pressure on them and Good-Luck.
