This is the worst website I have ever had to deal with. The worst. Far ahead of any other. Complaints: 1. I carefully followed the posted directions, yet had to repeatedly login eight or nine times. I am not dumb. 2. I think I placed an order for three (3) jars of strawberry protein mix, but was unable to find a place to give you my credit card number. 3. You asked if I wanted to keep the cart after checking out so it'll be available next time. No, there won't be a next time. You may have it back. 4. What is the status of my order, and how do you make money if you don't ask for a credit card number? 5.You say if I'm having trouble, contact customer service. Nowhere do you give that telepohone number.
HELPFUL SUGGESTION: START OVER AND REDO YOUR ENTIRE WEBSITE.

I will never order from them again. I had an autoship I wanted to cancel and after 2 months of trying, there is no way to do it! You can't cancel on the website and no one answers their customer service line or is on live chat. They don't answer help tickets either. They just shipped me yet another autoship I don't want and it's going back the minute it gets here.
