Bogus rebates

I have purchased several things from Circuit City in which a rebate was involved.

The first items were purchased in November of 2005. I had purchased some Netgear equipment.

WG311T 108 Mbps Wireless PCI Adapter and the Netgear 108 Mbps Wireless Router.

I was suppose to recieve $35 in rebates. Nothing yet and its been 3 months.

In December, I bought an HP A1209N Desktop which was suppose to come with a $50 rebate.

I just recieved word from HP that my rebate is invalid.

Bunch of BS. I paid $561 for the desktop. If that was the price quoted to me and I accepted it, then fine. But don't mislead your customers.

I have noticed that a lot of companies are using various tactics to increase profits (at the frustration of customers).

I will continue to bad mouth Circuit City and do all I can to destroy their customer base until they treat customers properly.
