Sears Service Call I called sears to set an appointment to repair my garage door opener. They scheduled an apponitment to that a service technician would arrive at my place between 1.00 pm and 5.00pm on Feb 24 2005. I was waiting at my place. Tech left a message at my work number at 2.50 pm and stated he was on his way. I called at approximately 4.00pm and was transfereed to routing section. The servcie rep hung up on my phone and told me I don't deserve Sears service after I had told her I was waiting home for half a day and no one called me. I'm asking consumer complaints to elevate this to upper management in Sears. They said they were too busy. I rescheduled for the third time...this time a Saturday... I am redoing a house with all new appliances and I will never use SEARS products again.... The garage door opener was over $250 and it's worthless...and so is their service.
