Hollywood Video at San Ramon, CA

I would like to file a complaint about one of Hollywood Video store:

The reason of the complaint is:

I am recently being accused of not returning one of my rentals "Top Spin", which is a PS2 Video games. However, I search my entire house and it didn't turn up. I ended up to paid the cost of the game and the late fee. I found that the drop box is next to the main store entrance. Therefore it is very easy for anyone to pickup or steals one of the returned rentals without anyone notice when I found the store clerks are not always at their counter. I believe that I have become a victim of petty theft.

Also on top of that, I found their clerks failed to inform me about a late due and non-return item. That's have cause the accumulation on my late fee. They claimed that they had informed me by phone but no one answer. I believe that is a lie. It is because my phone number on my account is a cellular phone which has voice mail feature. No one has failed to leave me a message but the store clerks. I am in doubt that they have ever contact me by phone. This kind of incident have had happened twice.

It has been very stressful and disappointed experience for me to be Hollywood video customer. No one should get the same experience as I did.
