HDFC Bank - The Worst customer care bank

I am Arul wanted to open SB account in HDFC bank & I applied on 06th Feb

2006, Initial Deposit amt of Rs. 5,100/- has been debited from my account on

11/02/06. but even after 13 days nothing happened nobody responded. Infact I

called HDFC customer care bangalore Tel no is. 55003333 but she spoke to me

very harshly and I visited indiranagar branch in bangalore & they were

treating me like as though iam a begger. I need ur help in this regard. The

worst bank I have never seen on earth. VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Its not a reply but again a complaint

this complain is reagarding my loan , due to some unfortunate events at my home I couldn't pay my payment of personal loan of 3 installments. ( 3768 X 3inst.). But i have already assured taht I'll pay the payments by end of this month of all 3 monts. but today i recive a call from customre care( name Simran moblie number - 9999101851) regarding the loan and out of nowhere she started abusing me. and its very offensive. if there is no action on beahlf of this complaint. i'll take different legal measures. I hope you understand my problem.
