Expedia.com : quoted one price for the package and charged another

We recently made a package reservation ( flight/hotel and car) through

expedia.com

The price quoted said Included:

Items selected, taxes, & fees for flight.

When we received our confirmation e-mail additional fees ($200) has been

added for taxes and fees + the original price that was quoted.

This appears to be like a bait and catch approach were they make sure you

book by quoting a lower price, but later show a different amount when

sending the confirmation e-mail.

This is clearly double talk and the price they quote doesn't mean anything.

Also their service reps have a standard feature where in they put you on

hold saying that they transfer you to a higher person and then the line goes

dead. They won't get any of our business again either
