charge on my visa bill?????????????

MY address at this location is 895 NY RR 369, Lot 52, Chenango Forks, NY 13746.

In checking online my visa account I noticed a charge of $9.95 for a Juno account. I canceled my Juno account some time ago for lack of phone connections and have had no problem until now. I did what little investigating I could and found the email for my granddaughter and have talked with them. their computer has been down for several weeks and they have not been here to use my computer for months.

The item was posted on my bill on the 20th of February and was accrued on the 18th of February.

Why am I charged ???????????? I would like this charged removed at once.

To be honest, I had been thinking about going back to Juno, but I am withholding that decision for the time being.
