Smart Choice Healthcare a Florida Corporation On October 19, 2006 I enrolled in their health plan and paid the enrollment fee and one month service charge totaling $ 334.95.
The check cleared on October 21, 2006.
Since then I have not received a response from them in the manner of a enrollment package or anything else.
I have been on the phone with them at least 15 times or more requesting a refund, with a response of either "the check is in the mail" or no return phone calls when I have left a message.
As of this date I have not received a refund
I feel that they have taken unfair advantage of a 64 year old woman with no insurance.
I hope that this letter will help others that may want to secure insurance through these people.
