I have also had great difficulty dealing with ICON customer service. I purchased a treadmill in February 2008, and found the console to be defective. I reported this to ICON both through a web form and an e-mail, with no response from either. I called on March 15th and told a replacement part would be sent the following week. Two months later, and after several unanswered e-mails, I called again and spoke to a rep who was not very helpful. I was told the part was coming from China, but had no status on when it might arrive. I asked for a supervisor and the rep refused to transfer me. I asked him if he knew how many times I have contacted the company and how long it had been with no part being shipped, and he only said that he "had the file".
