A typical order for Robbins hardwood flooring was placed on 11/2/05 and on 11/10/05 the payment in full was processed for $3446.95. The flooring was to be delivered within 10-14 days without delay and as of 1/7/06 no signs of my order even being sent to a distributor has been realized.

We have been in contact with this company on over 20 frustrating occasions which has ended with an endless flurry of lies. We have been told that our order has been shipped week after week only to find out that "It hasn’t been but will go out today or first thing tomorrow.” This is an extremely frustrating recurring theme. Now we are being told that it is not in stock therefore cant be sent, but after contacting Armstrong(the parent company) and distributors for Robbins hardwood they informed us that it is and has been in stock. In fact, it is ready to ship but they have not received any orders from professional flooring. They would tell us that the order has been placed but when we call the distributor, they deny that Professional flooring even mentioned our order.

Therefore we have paid nearly thirty-five hundred dollars and after 2 months we cannot get our product shipped. There is no reasonable explanation for this. We even had to do research for the company who had no idea of who they could use to distribute the product for them. They were surprised that distributors that they had accounts with had the flooring available and ready to ship. We have given them the benefit of doubt on numerous occasions and recurrently they are found to be incompetent.

In this day of companies trying to make a quick buck, we must keep an eye out and report those with the inability to mange and honor there business activity. I am a physician in Louisiana and educated enough to see that this business transaction has been ridiculous and fraudulent. Professional flooring, Inc needs to be dealt with by supervising commissions to make sure I get my order and other customers cannot be taken advantage of. It appears to be a joke to them but we feel very serious about this unreasonable violation.
