Unfair business from a worldwide automaker brand GM/OPEL

Dear Sir,

i have bought a New Opel Astra, but i had serious unfair business action from Opel Sales Agent, here in Ankara/TURKEY. Eventhough i have sent the attached complaints to Opel Turkey they did not response. Moreover, a person from Opel/Turkey called me promising to hold a roundtable meeting for resolving the claims, they have not realized. i understood that they prefer to bury the issue in time instead of talking.

i would like to send those e-mails to GM headquarter but i could not find the e-mail address. Could you please help me to get hear of my voice to right person or department of GM/OPEL
