I bought a king bed from banner mattress in September 2005. By December the bed was a sagging mess. Two four inch sags on each side of the bed and a huge mound in the middle. The springs squeek real loud. I filled out three online forms, at three different times. Call customer service three times in December and january and I sent letters to the corperate office. I even whent to two stores and asked to speak to a district manager... I am still waiting for a reply... DON'T BUY A BANNER MATTRESS... They are the worst beds ever!!!!
