Complain on Benefitcosmetics

Dear Sir/Madam


I would like to complaint about the customer services of Benefit Cosmetics, US. I have made 3 online orders from this company on 19 & 20 January 2006. In the order no. of 171032 & 171437, there are three missing items in the delivery. Therefore I sent email to check. After three days, no one reply, then I sent email again. Up till now, I have sent 6 emails 1 fax to them. However still NO reply. On their web, it states clearly that they will reply within 3-4 hours or in the next business day. The most important point is that they charge me the items through my credit card. Later on 1 Feb, I received a refund of one item. However for the remaining two items, still no one tell me what is happening.


Hope you can help me to solve this problem.
