CIC Credit Monitoring

I have been trying for three months to get CIC to stop deducting payments from my Credit Card. I called and sent E-mail canceling within the thirty day period to no avail. I am now contacting my Credit Card Company asking them not to deduct any more payment as they are no longer authorized. Thank you for your site.
