CTICES? CUSTOMERS NEED RETIBUTION

CTICES? CUSTOMERS NEED RETIBUTION I refinanced with Priceline last year May and fell victim to their deception. I was quoted by my Priceline mortgage agent different costs and totals of requested cash out amounts on several occassions. After he got my committment, it was differcult contacting him. " Oh I went out of town. No prior notice given to me. The date for closing kept changing, as a result the close date was about 1 month later. Then we we went to closing (w/ out an attorney, biggest mistake) Priceline's attorney informed us that a fee of $200.00 had to be paid to the Title company. This fee was not included on any copies of the signed refinanced expense statement going to FHA, Bank, etc. Strangely, only my copy reflected this fee. Also, this attorney had me to sign over the $200 check that he wrote. I questioned why this fee was not on any other documents copies going to the FHA, Bank, ect. He said he would include it, of I was'nt there to see it. This fee was for the Title Company process/ mail/ delivery fees. I called BBB & Priceline, still unresolved. BEWARE Consumer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
