Inquiring about TWX* AOL QStore charge

I am not even an AOL customer and have not been for 6 months. All of a sudden I have a draft on my checking account for TWX * AOL QSTROE, what is this. Is there a 1-800 number that I can call to straighten this out. How did they get my checking account number anyway.
