Capital One

Capital One Capital One placed a temporary credit to my dispute concerning a payment made to Capitol One. The following month they removed it and added it to the balance. I called again and was given a fax number to which the bank must fax the information that the payment had been sent and had been posted (paid) to Capital One. The bank gladly faxed the information to Capital One. Next month statement did not reflect the credit. I have written to Capital One to no avail. End result. Capital one took a $102.88 from me never credited it to me and then charged me again for the same amount. I'm out $102.88 and Capital One lost me as a good customer forever. Why take pennies when you can take hundreds. Good business policy.
