Verizon DSL

Verizon bombards us with ads for DSL service, which it then refuses to provide in our area. Verizon insults us with mail ads, inserts in our bill, and inserts in our newspaper all begging us to sign up. Everytime I call to do so, I'm told the ads don't apply to people in my neighborhood because DSL is not offered to us. This week I called to complain about that and the representative hung up on me. Nice.
