That is all they have going for themselves, is their FALSE mail advertisements.

They promised us a 4 hour job for our small hallway closet that lasted over 3 months to complete. We signed contract mid October 2005 and they recently completed late January 2006. It started with the designer cancelling appointments up to the installers cancelling set appointmens the same day or showing up anywhere from 9:00 pm or 9:30 PM? Who in the right mind will allow installers come and install closets up till midnight?

Their workmanship in unreliable, incompetent, and a complete joke to consumers. By the end of their service that WILL take up to 5 months to complete because of their repetitive no-shows by the installers, you will feel robbed because of the horrible quality and service they provide. It is disgusting to read how they continue to provide poor unethical disappointing services that have become a consistent pattern for years. Same scenario over and over. Failure to comply with their word, and consistent failure to meet their deadlines as stated on contract and utter failure to satisfy their customers.

Then after you think the nightmare is over, their collection department sends threatening calls and letters to your home saying that collection action will be made against the consumer if the final payment due is not paid by 30 days after the completion of their pathetic services.

What a slap!!!!
