sprint pcs sales manupulation

sprint pcs sales manupulation I want to make a formal complaint with Sprint PCS with its sales practice. Back in early January, I was shopping to see if I want to stay with Sprint and add another line or to go to other vendor. At that time, I was provided with a great deal ($49.99 for Samsung A900 on both new line and replacement phone) The new phone came and was credited with no problem. However, the replacement phone was not delivered and when I called later to check status, Sprint rep stated that $49.99 for replacement was not possible. Trying to track down my initial set up, I had to call 5 different times because I was getting disconnect. Although Sprint rep did have my cell number, none of the rep called me back. Finally, a rep claiming to be a supervisor called and said that she will give me the phone Samsung A900 for free because of my trouble. She indicated that she need to charge the phone with credit card and will credit my Sprint account. After a month when I got my bill, I was not only charge with $12 shipping but also no credit was issued. I called several times to track that supervisor no result and ended up getting just $200 in credit. Since it was after 30 days, I wasn’t able to cancel the account (penalty to close after 30 days was $150 per line totaling $450) I extended with Sprint because I was promised with a great deal but instead got myself into Sprint’s manipulation in sales practice. I have been Sprint PCS customer since 1998 but will not ever come back to Sprint PCS once my contract ends. This is manipulated practice by Sprint. They wait until after a month so the consumer does not have choice but to stay with Sprint. Please investigate this malpractice. Thanks.
