complaint about Nine West Dear Sir or Madam; I have a complaint about Nine West. Most of the time I buy my shoes and bags from Nine West. I really love the models. My husband was in Las Vegas last week, he bought me a pair of black boot from Nine West Outlet. It was a birthday present for me, when he came back to Turkey (we live in Turkey) we saw that both of the boots are right foot. We are both dissappointed and upset about that. Then we call the store, they told us to contact with the customer service. We called them and told about our complaint. They told us that we should send the boots to Las Vegas by UPS and they will send us a cheque for 45 dollars. (The boots are 45 dollars) Today I called and asked UPS that how much does it cost if I send my boots to Las Vegas. They told me that it costs 90 dollars!! Isn't it funny. I have to pay extra 45 dollars to correct their mistake! I can't understand why they can't solve it through their distributors in Turkey. I have two boots for my right foot, and I want them to correct this mistake. I hope that you can help with this. Thanks.
