National Concepts MArketing dba as Readers Publications

I don't know the location, but I recieved a notice that my Soap Opera Digest was up for renewal. So I wrote a check to Readers Rublications. That was on 10/29/2005. It is now February and I have not recieved an issue. I called Soap Opera Digest and they told me they were not handling it-that it was another service and to call them. I can't get any information and am out just about $65.00. DON'T RENEW WITH ANYONE BUT THE COMPANY THAT PUBLISHES THE MAGAZINE. I am reporting my problem to my Secretary of State in Indiana.
