Chase Bank:

I received my Ins. check from a Hurricane claim and it was over $20.000.00 per Chase Mortgage Company policy(so they say) I had to send it in to them and they will disburse amounts as they deemed there policy for the amount and that is only if I am current on my mortgage. Then after I have 50% repairs call them and they will check it out and decide if I can have another percentage, Then after 90 % is completed I call them again and they check it again and do an Inspection that I have to pay for then they will release the rest.All the while holding my Money and getting interest on it .My Damage occurred in November and it is now February and it still will be another few weeks because they have to request a claim and start a check process. I called today Thursday to see if they received my check that I sent on Sat FED EX. That had a drop off date as 02/13/06, that was signed for. and chase said that it was just logged in on Weds. and check has not been started yet , but the phone rep will be so nice to start a request to claims rep.Well it will be the first weeks of March before I see a dime. and that's if they like all that I sent them.
