RAK Industries advertises "RAK Industries Ultimate Guarantee - No Questions - No Limitations - No Compromises."

 

We have been buying items from them for many years but found that when it was time to get replacements there "customer service" guarantee isn't so good.

 

On 9/16/04 - I sent back several items - After 'I' made several calls to them - I received the entire order on 1/3/05

On 11/10/04 - I sent back 11 items for replacement via UPS (RAK sent me the UPS tag to use)

On 12/13/04 - I called because I hadn't received any items back yet. They told me they would let me know by the end of the week. I never heard back from them.

On 1/3/05 - I received part of the order.

On 2/3/05 - I agained faxed a list to RAK of the items I was still waiting for.

On 3/17/05 - I Mailed, to Andy Katon (part owner of RAK) a letter explaining all the problems I have been having with his company.

On 3/21/05 - I left a message with Rich to call me back about my items. (I was told that Rich is in charge of shipping). I never got a response.

On 3/23/05 - I again left a message with Rich. But never got a response.

On 3/29/05 - Andy Katon called me and said that RAK no longer use UPS to pick up the items from customers and that I should never have shipped them that way, but he would see to it that all items it question were shipped today and that he personally promised that this type of service would not happen again.

On 9/29/05 - I finally received all items from that order.

 

On 1/3/06 - I sent back 17 additional items.

On 2/7/06 - I still had not received any items or calls explaining where they are so again I called Andy Katon, I left a message on his voice mail.

Today is 2/16/06, I have still not heard back from Andy but I did speak to a sales person who would speak to Andy as soon as he got to work.

 

I believe that I have been more then patient with this company but I believe that if they have done this to me so many times that it must be the way they treat all their customers.

 

I would really appreciate any help you can give me in this matter.
