A.O. Smith water heaters

After reading the other complaint against A.O. Smith we are not surprised by our treatment. We purchased a water heater that failed but have not even been able to get a response from the company. In the they replied sending us an email that due to circumstances beyond their control they could not handle email replies. Even the smallest of business can handle email. I suggest you buy another water heater and let them go to #@$#%.
