Rain soft installed by A and B Marketing....Jacksonville Florida .. We paid $9000.00 for a Rain soft System. A AT B Marketing sent children to install the system. First they put the motors in backwards. Next they ran the lines to the pool instead of the house. Each time we asked them to come back and do it right they charged hundreds of dollars and still did not get the system working. After years of fighting with them, we tore the system out, went to Lowe's and bought a water softener to install our selves. I called and wrote to the Rain soft Company. They were as ill equipped to help as A AT B Marketing. The old saying buyer be ware is oh so true. They are stupid and they are thieves.
