I purchased a chandelier from a website, www. greatchandeliers.com, owned by Spectrum Home Furnishings. Can you pls tell me how you can help me? Other than my publicizing on your website the problem I have? I should have checked your website first - I see you have a number of complaints about SPECTRUM - they are truly a scam operation, devious, immoral, deceitful, unethical. Took my money and sent me a very poorly wrapped and packaged disassembled "chandelier" with no instructions, breakage, and about 80% of the parts missing. I have called there probablay 10 times, and have the same problems everyone else cites - purported ignorance of my problem, long periods of hold, then disconection, promnises to send what I need, which of course they have not done. Each time I call it's like they never heard from me before, this has been going on for almost 2 months....I am at my wits end!

Do you recommend caling the Secretary of State's office of New Jersey, where they are located? the Better Business Bureau?
