Wal-mart oil change damaged my engine

Wal-mart changed my oil . 300 miles / 7 days later the drain plug fell out causing terminal engine damage. Wal-mart says prove they were responsable for the plug falling out. We all know these plugs fall out on their own all the time,right,wrong. The oil changer has to leave them loose . Thats the facts
