This place has the worse "customer service" reps that I have ever had.

"Jim-bo" not only insulted my wife, hung up on her, but told her to have 'a

terrible life' at the end of the call . I came home from work and she told

me what the moron had done. I freely admit that I called the guy an

... if the shoe fits and all... when I called. He started calling

me "Pal", and made several comments such as "you sound real educated" before

hanging up on me as well. I called back and he was still belligerent and I

hung up. He finally called back and we had a partially civil discussion on

the issue. But, he had his spiel down well and I told him to keep the $449

dollar fee and cancel our contract... I hope he takes his commission on that

and takes some customer service classes because he sucks at it. How they

can stay in business with morons like Jimbo as employees is beyond me.

I wouldn't recommend this shady outfit to my dead dog.
