Dear Sir, Sub: Model No; 6876 -Whirl Pool Refrigerator ELITE

Serial No; IN Co 3460 8945 dt 05-01-2004

I bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator (Elite 195 Liter) and Within a month of purchase, I had highlighted to your personnel that there is a problem in milk tray fitment. I had lodged a complaint with your helpdesk during Feb'05 for the same.

In this regard, self had a discussion with the following personnel on numerous telephonic talk with your customer Care on the above subject, all resulted in vain.

I hereby remind you that the fridge is under warranty and it is not performing to my satisfaction for the purpose for it was purchased. After so many reminders to your office and M/s.Jansons it’s very unfortunate that there is no proper response from either side( Though a commitment has been given from your side (Mr.Maheswar) to replace the existing one). For your information till date nothing has happened and it clearly exhibits that your company has taken me for a ride.

I take this opportunity and bring to your attention that I have also worked for a service industry and well aware of the hurdles for processing a claim. But still I honestly feel the way your personnel have handled the above issue is ridiculous and taken my patience beyond limits. Hope you will understand the gravity of the situation and do the needful.

Once again I remind you & demand Whirlpool India to replace my faulty refrigerator.
