Nice Cars in Hixson, Tn

This is my experience with Nice Cars in Hixson, TN

I purchased a 2000 Ranger under the agreement that payment would be made bi-weekly in the amount of 146.00. I was to make a payment beginning 1/21/2006. When I made the payment I was told that the amount I was to pay was 316.00 monthly, this is not the way my contract states. Now they are expecting me to make extra phone calls to request an over-ride code every time I make a payment. This is an unreasonable request that they are asking of me. I should not have to bear the burden for the irresponsible mistakes that they make. They are telling me that the contract did not change until my payment was made on 1/21, how can this be when they asked me for additional monies on the same day I went to make my first payment?

Information that I received from Stacy Jones is very inaccurate. There are statements that were made in her notes that do not state the facts. The "Green Sheet" that she mentions several times is not a contract that was signed stating how the payments would be made. This sheet is a portion of the approval process. Yes, the initial information was to have payment set up on a monthly plan, but because I am paid on a bi-weekly basis, Jason said that payments had to be made bi-weekly. My "Husband" as they state is not correct. We are not married and this is the reason that he was not listed on the contract. He does have a valid state issued ID, but because of the type of work that he does is paid on a weekly basis in cash and does not have a check stub as proof of income. I am very disappointed with the way they have handled this case with the information being construed to make it seem that I am the one that is causing issues. I was never informed that another contract was being created, that the payments were changed from bi-weekly to monthly; they did not even contact me when they received the tag as promised. I went to them to avoid going thru the bank because of issues that, at the time, warranted needing another vehicle quickly. I have excellent credit and have taken pride in repaying loans and other obligations in a timely manner. I will never use this company again and will spread the word to all my family and friends that they should do the same and stay away from Nice Cars.

For them the have a "Christian" reputation, their representative’s sure do have dirty mouths and a dirty way of running a business. When this vehicle is paid in full, I will NEVER do business with them again.

BEEN THERE TOO ! I was buying a used car from a car lot - Nice cars .

I paid on time , a drunk driver hit me -totaled car -his insurance was to pay only 1/3 owed . Nice cars said "no problem" buy another car from us and we will forgive the rest of the debt . I did , they did NOT . While buying 2nd car they waited 2 months then went on to send it to an attorneys office for collections . so they were getting my money on 2nd car and suing for money on 1st . I said forget it , come get it , it took along time to come repo it and I couldn't drive it , they had a " don't pay - will not crank " switch on it . Funny thing is i never got credit on my credit report for all the good payments ever , now I have all that owed on my credit that I was repairing . Help ! Any suggestions ?
