NSF FEES CHARGED AFTER BILL WAS PAYED

Hello im am mad enough to get a petition signed to get people to switch from commerce bank due to there lack of customer service and WRONGFUL Billing. I will even go as far as do any negative advertising against them that is wanted of me. I am fighting mad now. I tried countless emails to get this issue resolved and they are avoiding my emails. The bank in Question is COMMERCE BANK located On Route 30 white horse pike Atco New Jersey. As a on-line banking customer you would assume that when you check your online banking that the details are correct. I have recently went to a online gambling sight which i payed $750.00 in fees. I deposited 795.00 in bank on 3rd. And checked my online banking which was in the possitive with no overdraft fees. I later when in to withdrawal $45.00 same day like hour later. Which i was still in possitive with like $5.95 Left. Keep in mind i keep this account open just with small amount of money. But to my surprise i later go check my online banking and it now says im (264.00) IN THE NEGATIVE WITH OVERDRAFT FEES....I find this amazing since they aloud me to withdrawl 45.00 from my account which i never received overdraft fee for but according to them i was in negative but it did not appear on statement yet.....This is fraud as far as im concerned because they are providing false information on the online banking as to what is in bank account. I have tried countless times to email this bank and told them i want this bank account closed. They told me they would work with me to get these fees off and they would contact me which they never did. But now they are trying to bill me again for $13.00 to once again push me over for more fees after i told them i will not pay any more fees on this account. Bottom line is they are stalling for time to get more fees. This online scam they call banking should be investagated. And im more than willing to go to any agency to get this checked.

People DONT JUST SIT BACK AND TAKE IT DO SOMTHING ABOUT IT AS I SAY...SEND PETTIONS AROUND GETTING PEOPLE TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS SWITCHING TO OTHER BANKS ETC.

Im even gone to offer discounts to people on ebay who dont use commerce

I totally agree with you on this.

My on line statement with Commerce Bank clearly shows no negative balances. But, somehow, they charged me an NSF fee of $35.00 for a check that I wrote to Shop Rite. Yes, they paid the check but it cost me $35.00 from them and now $30.00 from Shop Rite because they have the audacity to stamp it NSF and Shop Rite sees that and charges me $30.00.

The funny thing is that my on line statement clearly showed $91.45 after the check cleared.

The letter they sent me in the mail states my account was negative $75.67 after the check cleared.

How can the on line statment show one thing and their computers show something else.

I wrote a letter to the President of Commerce Bank after this happened once before.

His email is Dennis DiFlorio [dmd AT yesbank.com].

A lady named Mamie called me and refunded me the money on the first occasion. Now she refuses to.

I asked her to email a copy of what she sees on her computer so we can be on the same page. I have not heard from her since.

I am filing a complaint with NJ Department of Banking and Insurance for false accounting practices.

We should see exactly what they see on their computers. Otherwise, they are commiting fraud.
