Maytag Neptune TL Washer

We purchased a Maytag Neptune TL Washer and dryer. The washer leaves clothes twisted up in knots and causes bleach spots on colored clothes when no bleach is used in the load. Maytag suggested we use the wrinkle control cycle to prevent the twisting. We tried that and it wasn't as bad, but still twisted. We have lost a couple of hundred dollars worth of clothes to the bleach spots. An internet search revealed we were not alone. Don't make a mistake and buy this machine!
